Old Mutual Interface Control Screen

Accessing the Old Mutual Interface Control Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Interfaces.
2. Click on Export Control.
3. Click on Old Mutual Pens Fund.
4. Click on Computex; OR Dataway/Compass-i.

 

Complete the necessary fields on this screen.

 

Old Mutual Interface Employee Screen

Accessing the Old Mutual Interface Employee Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Employee.
2. Click on Change Employee.
3. Select the relevant Employee.
4. Click on Payroll.
5. Click on Pension Fund.
6. Click on Old Mutual (Computex); OR Old Mutual (Dataway/Compass-i).

 

Complete the necessary fields on this screen.

 

Export the Old Mutual Export File

Accessing the Old Mutual Interface Export Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Interfaces.
2. Click on Export Data.
3. Click on Old Mutual Pens Fund.
4. Click on Computex; OR Dataway/Compass-i.

 

Make the relevant selections.

 

Sentinel/MEPF Interface Control Screen

Accessing the Sentinel/MEPF Interface Control Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Interfaces.
2. Click on Export Control.
3. Click on Sentinel/MEPF.

 

Complete the necessary fields on this screen.

 

Sentinel/MEPF Interface Employee Screen

Accessing the Sentinel/MEPF Interface Employee Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Employee.
2. Click on Change Employee.
3. Select the relevant Employee.
4. Click on Payroll.
5. Click on Pension Fund.
6. Click on Sentinel.

 

Complete the necessary fields on this screen.

 

Export the Sentinel/MEPF Export File

Accessing the Sentinel/MEPF Interface Export Screen:

From the Main Menu:

1. Click on Interfaces.
2. Click on Export Data.
3. Click on Sentinel/MEPF.
